April 17, 2012 with Marco Polio and the New Vaccines

Carey proclaimed that this was one of her all time favorite Tuesdays In the Forest. Michael and Stephen from Marco Polio and the New Vaccines are regulars on Tuesdays, and they brought lots of synth-driven records to compliment their El Topo-inspired live set. They didn’t start DJing with me til after their performance, so the recorded set below starts out in a soul/rock vein and transitions to more new wave after their performance.
