For Fat Tuesday, also known as Mardi Gras, for the second year in a row awesome dude Scott Bragg suggested we spend the night playing music from the city with perhaps the richest and most unique musical history in America: New Orleans. This year we were lucky to have two additional great Detroit DJs join us: People’s Records Brad Hales and Dan Austin, aka DJ Hairy Nilsson. Both brought killer rare NOLA funk and R&B. Plus, to represent the Detroit’s (and Scott’s) Polish traditions, there were free paczkis and one polka song. Enjoy!
